Josh is an activist with numerous humanitarian causes, including the Save Darfur Coalition. In 2008 he was nominated as “Best of State; Humanitarian of the Year,” and brought 16 students to Washington D.C. For the international “Tents of Hope” project. Josh has also interviewed multiple holocaust survivors, most recently, in November of 2015, Josh interviewed a Auschwitz survivor in her home in Connecticut. Josh loves spending time with his family, watching his Minnesota Vikings, and watching his former players play college basketball.

Due to a degenerative knee condition, Josh was never able to play competitive sports. He comes from a long line of basketball players, which has made coaching basketball ever more special for Josh.
